<p> Section 3 Prequalification Response Format M-1 MARKET AND CONSUMER RESEARCH-TRANSPORTATION</p><p>Involves the consultant to develop survey strategy, methodology, and design and substance including: questions of survey techniques to obtain preference and factual information from the general public, target groups, or market areas for varied transportation and community development purposes (i.e. community vision, patterns, and types of development, patterns, and types of transportation networks, modal preference, trip purpose, level of service, facility adequacy, etc.) using telephone, internet, direct questioning, mail back surveys, focus groups, or other survey tools. Customer and market surveying experience is necessary; as well as the ability to statistically analyze the information received by drawing general and specific conclusions in well written, fact-based reports is necessary. Equipment and facilities such as telephone banks, focus rooms, etc. are necessary but can be rented or sub-contracted as needed.</p><p>Firm: </p><p>INSTRUCTIONS: List the titles of projects that meet requirements using the format in Section 5 to report the specifics of the listed projects.
