Based on review by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) of available data, this correspondence serves to provide follow-up information specifically pertaining to the above-referenced petroleum release and your property [per Minn. Stat. § 116.482 (2008)], as well as contact information if you have additional questions or concerns. </p><p>Receptor Survey Results for your Property: 1. Receptors known to be present on your property such as a water supply well or water sump are not at risk from the petroleum contamination from the above- referenced petroleum release.</p><p>2. Structures or building occupants on your property are not at risk from petroleum vapors from the above-referenced petroleum release.</p><p>3. Additional investigation is needed to assess risk to your property. [Describe additional work needed].
