It is one of the biggest hospitals in Alexandria. I've started as a junior resident in the first year, taking 12 shift /month (24 hours), managing all cases of emergency in traumatology and recent injuries including open fractures & closed reduction. Then through the years, my duties increased and i gained good experience in managing all types of recent trauma (including closed reductions, fixation of open fractures, tendon injuries), preparation of recent & cold cases for surgery and their follow up post operatively and managing the complications of the operations.
