Total: $1,121.00 $336.00 Suggested to ask what the greatest need might be to allot the money</p><p>Everyone showed up for booths</p><p>Bounce and slide were free- vendor donated</p><p>What is the greatest need? 1. Want money to go toward students 2. Cheerleaders: offset cost 3. 6th Grade Class trip 4. 8th grade ceremony 5. Basketball team- 4 children cannot afford 6. Keep a kitty and set up a grant program for needy children. “Scholarship” 7. Basketball court on site 24% of school is low income Michael Lombardi Will Put together a committee to decide on Scholarship approval (discreet manor) Have a coach/staff come to us to let us know their need.</p><p>Financial: $2,405.28 balance as of end of October $850.00 501C to put it together Fall Fest money All bi-laws are updated and in order -2 months before everything is finalized. Law group is donating time</p><p>Teacher Appreciation money Princess ball $615.51</p><p>Business Partners: Rory head the committee Many do want to be involved Very positive response Only challenge is time frame in getting the business partners to contribute. Mandy- Asked for feedback Too many people calling the same businesses- see if we can refine this process. Send note to PI and committee when a transaction is taken place The committee will make call. They know who has been called before. This will help in communication and will be respectful to the businesses.</p><p>Volunteer Coordinator-Melanie Log in all hours in media center or by web PLEASE Track your hours Great response with all parents for help Sign up genius- great way to keep communication and find volunteers for specific tasks. Room moms are coordinated there $10= 1 hour of donated items Keep receipts. Without receipts no credit to hours.</p><p>Keva Juice and Smoothie King: alternating Wednesdays is being considered</p><p>Gathering Ideas Looking for structured events</p><p>Meetings December is at holidays- 2nd Tuesday: Do we want to have that meeting?</p><p>Do we need to meet every month?
