<p>1</p><p>Northwood Economic Development Committee Meeting Minutes July 1, 2015 7:00 p.m.</p><p>Call to Order and Attendance Chairman Hal Kreider called the meeting to order at 7:05pm. Present: Hal Kreider, Judy Burke, Rich Bojko and Matt Sullivan, Planner from the Strafford Regional Planning Commission (SRPC). Scott Bryer absent.</p><p>Public Comment None. </p><p>Minutes Motion was made to accept June 2015 minutes by Rich Bojko and Hal Kreider seconded. Motion passed.</p><p>ONGOING BUSINESS</p><p>Visitor Guide The 2015 Visitor Guide continues to be distributed. Hal Kreider will send a notice for printing in the Suncook Valley Sun with a guide on finding it on the website. Rich will work with Matt to have correct format of the Visitor Guide to be placed on the Northwood website. Matt will put a news story on page 1 of the town Website about the Visitor Guide with a link. </p><p>Home Business Directory Final edits are being done and the proof should be available for our August meeting. The goal is to e- mail it to us to review before the meeting. </p><p>Website Matt showed us all the work completed on the EDC website and it looks great and should energize our business environment when completed. There are 3 Main Sections; Mission of the EDC, Who We Are and Programs. Subsections will be added as completed. Master Plan Hal, Rich and Judy completed their sections assigned and we reviewed. Edits and suggestions were discussed. Committee members will make edits and e-mail finished product to Matt to begin draft. There was a discussion of next step in the process and a timeline for completion. This will be a continuous process of edits until final completion for the next 6 months. </p><p>Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 9:05pm.
