<p> JOB DESCRIPTION – E-COMMERCE MARKETING COORDINATOR ______STATUS: Non Exempt DEPARTMENT: Marketing </p><p>APPROVED BY: Dan Herrmann, COO DATE: May 19, 2015 ______</p><p>Function: The primary function of this position is to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to E-Commerce website including development and maintenance of site content, order fulfillment, merchandising and customer support. </p><p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</p><p>₋ Work with Marketing, Buyers and Vendors to determine products for E-Commerce website. ₋ Coordinate with vendors to get product information to upload to website. ₋ Consistently update and maintain website with products, descriptions, pricing and imagery. ₋ Write, edit and proofread all site content. ₋ Regularly add new content, features, images, videos and descriptive content to site pages. ₋ Continuously research other websites for ideas keep website fresh and dynamic. ₋ Oversee day-to-day online customer experience and service; work with warehouse to ensure order fulfillment. ₋ Work with E-Commerce Manager to plan and implement online promotions and merchandising campaigns. ₋ Other duties as assigned by management. </p><p>Education, Training, and Experience:</p><p>₋ College degree in marketing, computer science or related field preferred. ₋ 2+ years of providing operational support for Internet or E-Commerce preferred. ₋ Retail experience or internship within E-Commerce a plus. ₋ Proficiency in Excel and Adobe graphic software. </p><p>Skills Required: ₋ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. ₋ Strong analytical and problem solving skills. ₋ Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organization. ₋ Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. ₋ The candidate must possess strong project management skills in coordinating multi-faceted projects with tight timelines.</p><p>The specific statements shown in each section of this description are not intended to be all-inclusive.
