<p>Date: December 1, 2015</p><p>Attention: NNS Suppliers</p><p>From: Newport News Shipbuilding Traffic Office</p><p>Subject: Holiday Shutdown</p><p>The memo contains the 2015 holiday shutdown schedule for the following locations:</p><p>Newport News Shipbuilding Receiving Department will be shut down for deliveries from 2:30PM December 18, 2015 through 7:00 AM January 4, 2016 with the following exception.</p><p>Receiving will be open December 29th and 30th for FedEx and UPS deliveries only.</p><p>The NNS Treasury in Building 520 (230 41st Street) will be open until 12:00 noon every day except December 25th and January 1st. The doors to Building 520 will be locked, please call 757-688-1701 for deliveries/ pickups.</p><p>The Payroll Department in Building 520 (230 41st Street) will be open throughout shutdown with the exception of December 24th and 25th. The doors to Building 520 will be locked, please call 757-380- 4634 or 757-688-7421 for deliveries/ pickups.</p><p>The Mailroom will be open December 24th, 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st from 7-3pm every day.</p><p>Facilities: Building 103 will be open for deliveries December 28th, 29th and 30th.
