<p> June 8, 2015</p><p>TO: ALL HOLDERS OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR</p><p>Vista Del Cerro</p><p>The following Addendum shall be incorporated into the Contract Documents for the above referenced project.</p><p>ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE</p><p>The following questions were asked by Contractors. The following are the answers.</p><p>GENERAL:</p><p>A. Is Davis-Bacon Wage Determination needed?</p><p>Answer: Contractor is responsible for adhering to the Davis-Bacon Wage Determination found in United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division (WHD), Prevailing Wage Resource Book, March, 2014. (See Attached)</p><p>B. Is there a mandatory pre-bid Answer: No</p><p>C. Is the estimate available?</p><p>Answer: Unless estimates are in the bid packet, there are not estimates available.</p><p>D. May a contractor use a certified check in place of a bid bond? </p><p>Answer: No</p><p>E. Must subcontractors be included in the bid?</p><p>Answer: Yes. List all Subcontractors (See Attached Example)</p><p>F. What is the color of the metal?</p><p>Answer: “Light Stone” was ordered previously</p><p>G. Clarify Contractor Bid Information Page, Item #7</p><p>Answer: Performance and Materials Bonds will be required at time of bid opening.</p><p>H. Can a contractor/ bidder access the project site? Answer: Bidders may schedule access to the project site for Wednesday, June 10, 2015 or Thursday, June 11, 2015 between 8:30 am – 11:00 am by calling T or C Housing Authority office at 575-894-2244 or by email at [email protected] SPECIFICATIONS</p><p>A. No Items</p><p>DRAWINGS </p><p>A. What is the spacing under the condensing units?</p><p>Answer: Note changes to the drawings to the Mechanical Unit Mounting Detail Section 2, Sheet A-1.1. This detail shows the installation of Treks material under the condensing unit stand to separate the metal to metal surfaces, however, there is not enough movement in the condenser copper lines to facilitate the added one and three eight’s inch (1 3/8”) increased elevation to the stand requiring a different material to be used. This change will be substituted with a one quarter inch (1/4”) strip of TPO maintenance pad with sealed screw penetrations under each stand surface thus allowing proper separation of metal on metal surface and allowing proper drainage. </p><p>All other provisions of the Contract Documents shall remain unchanged. This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Contract Documents to the same extent as those provisions contained in the original documents and all itemized listing thereof.</p><p>Each Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. One (1) on the Bid Form in the space provided</p><p>______Robert G.
