<p>Ricoh – Copier Center Updated October 2012 Guidelines/Suggestions Copy Center – Marilyn Davis 215-420-5657 e-mail – [email protected]</p><p>1. The official RICOH COPY REQUEST FORM must be used or jobs can be sent electronically through e-mail or the micropress. Any requests submitted on any other way will not be accepted.</p><p>2. No single projects fewer than 300 copies. </p><p>3. If colored paper is to be used, you must supply it along with any type of paper listed under “Special Request”. The copier center can create 3-hole punch from plain paper.</p><p>4. Ten percent of the 8 ½ x 11 white copier paper ordered, by your building, is being retained at the Sr. High for the copier center. It is suggested to keep track of the cases you use so you know exactly how many cases are available during the school year. By monitoring this, you know your exact case count for your building and what is left at the Sr. High in case this supply would need to be supplemented before the end of the school year. I will also be recording cases used along with the Sr. High as a secondary check using the monthly usage report supplied to me by Ricoh. </p><p>5. Any excessively large or rush/priority jobs must be cleared by Teresa Ewald in the Admin Bldg 215-420-5024 before sending it to the copier center. Failure to do this may result in the project being delayed. Following this guideline will help prioritize other large rush/priority jobs pending. As a reminder, the copier center is extremely busy in August especially the last 2 weeks. Proper planning and abiding by deadlines would eliminate the need for rush/priority jobs at this key time of the school year and would allow true last minute copying to be completed on time. </p><p>6. Please be advised there is a 48-hour turnaround time from the time the Copy Center receives the job to its completion. If you are using the interoffice mail to send jobs to the Copy Center, the 48-hour timeframe does not begin until the Copy Center physically receives the materials. Please allow extra time if you are submitting a job through the interoffice mail, or select another method if you cannot wait the extra time. </p>
