I also understand that if the requested approval is given, all work must be completed to comply with all local and municipal codes, and in compliance with the governing documents for the Woodlands of Darien Private Homeowner’s Association. I further understand and agree that as the Owner of the subject property I will be responsible for all damage caused to the common areas of the Association or to any other home within the Association. The Owner is responsible for any and all damage caused by the work and is responsible for the actions of any Property Modification Form Woodlands Private Homeowner’s Associations Request for Approval for Alteration or Addition contractors. Lastly, the approval can be revoked for the Owner's failure to comply with that stated within the application form or the Association's governing documents.</p>
