<p> GOOLE TOWN COUNCIL</p><p>PLANNING COMMITTEE</p><p>Minutes of meeting held on 20th October 2011 commencing at 7 pm .</p><p>PRESENT: Councillors, Huntington (In the Chair), Blackburn, G. Boatman, M. Boatman, Duffy, Flynn, Frost, S. Harrison, Head, Marshall, Moore, O’Neil, Rust, South and Young.</p><p>OFFICERS: Mr. B. Robertson (Town Clerk) Ms. A. Bentley (Administrative Assistant)</p><p>PL818 APOLOGIES</p><p>Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Bryars and M. Harrison. </p><p>The Chair (Councillor Huntington) reminded the public that under Standing Order 13B any elector of Goole will be afforded time at the beginning of this session to raise any matters of concern regarding planning applications. A time limit of 5 minutes per person will be allowed.</p><p>PL819 MINUTES</p><p>It was RESOLVED that the minutes of the Planning Committee meetings of 8th and 22nd September 2011 approved at Council on 6th October 2011 be signed as a true record by the Chair (Councillor Huntington).</p><p>PL820 “MAKING IT HAPPEN”- THE EAST RIDING LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK CORE STATEGY FURTHER CONSULTATION.</p><p>Members were in receipt of correspondence from the East Riding of Yorkshire Council inviting them to send representatives to attend one of the meetings arranged to allow them to gain fuller understanding of the contents of the consultation document.</p><p>Members agreed to the ask the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to change the date of the meeting to be held at the Courtyard in Goole to allow Goole Town Council representatives to attend as the proposed date coincided with a Council Committee meeting.</p><p>PL821 PLANNING SCHEDULE</p><p>The Town Clerk submitted a schedule of Planning Applications from the East Riding of Yorkshire Council of which the Town Council had requested notification under the Local Government Act 1972.</p><p>NB East Riding Councillors M.
