Pierson</p><p>Hello War Eagle Athlete,</p><p>On behalf of the entire Booker T. Washington Athletic Department, we would like to say a hearty “Thank you” for being a part of the War Eagle Athletics this past school year. This letter is to let you know of some very important dates and information about the upcoming summer schedule and school year.</p><p>The Strength and Conditioning Camp for all athletics will begin on Monday, June 2 nd and will continue until Thursday, July 24 th. The weight room will be open from 4:30-6:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The cost is free, but you will need to bring workout gear (shorts, shirts, 2 pairs of shoes-cleats/athletic, and a towel.) Please make sure that you attend these important training sessions. Your participation will help you stay in shape and have you ready to be your best when we start fall practice in August. The swimming pool will also be available this summer for open swim at the cost of $1 on specified days to be announced later. </p><p>Equipment pickup dates will be on Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25 th from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. You can choose either day, you DO NOT need to attend both days. ALL players MUST have a physical to pick up their equipment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Football practice start date is August 4th, for the 14/15 season!</p><p>We are proud to have you in our program! With your hard work and dedication, we can make the 2014/15 Athletic season a special time not only in Booker T. Washington’s history, but in the lives of you and your family.
