<p> POD Imaging Instruction Guide</p><p>The Imaging option will allow individuals to retrieve images of signed POD’s from all SLC locations. </p><p>The Imaging option is accessible in two different locations. Individuals who do not have web portal log on access can retrieve POD’s from the web portal homepage http://dell.webportal.eaglegl.com Users whom have access to the web portal will see the Imaging option as a new link on their web portal home page.</p><p>Both Imaging links take you to the POD retrieval screen. Individuals can either search through all SLC locations or select a specific SLC in the drop down bar. After entering a minimum of 4 digits in the packing slip field click on the Retrieve button. All packing slips containing the submitted digits for the selected SLC/SLC’s will be retrieved. Each packing list number is a link to the imaged document of that POD. Individuals must simply click on the POD they would like to view. The POD Image will be retrieved in a separate window. These POD images can be printed or saved to another source from this window. </p>
