<p> Government of Pakistan Prime Minister’s Secretariat (Public) ERRA - WatSan Wing</p><p>Promotion of Rain Water Harvesting Project</p><p>ERRA intends to engage Service Providers (NGOs) for Implementation of Soft Components of the Promotion of Rain Water Harvesting Project in the following 20 Union Councils of KPK and AJ&K. </p><p>Package Districts Union Councils 1. Neelum, Muzaffarabad Neelum, Salmia, Danna, Charakpura 2. Bagh Dirkot, Bahdel Sharif, Topi 3. Poonch, Sudhnoti Pachiot, Jandali, Khali Daraman, Chowkian 4. Abbottabad Dewan Manal, Palak, Nathia Gali 5. Mansehra Balakot, Sacha Kalan, Shamdara 6. Battagram, Shangla, Kohistan Tarand, Sherakot, Maira Note: Detail of deliverables can be obtained from the Office of Project Coordinator (PRWHP), ERRA during any working day, at least one day before the Bid opening.</p><p>Eligibility Criteria for Bidding: 1) Bidders must have minimum two years relevant experience of implementing rain water harvesting or water conservation projects. 2) Bidders having experience on similar projects will be given preference. 3) Bidders can quote their price for more than one Package. 4) Bidders have to submit Technical and Financial Proposals, in two envelopes separately. 5) Technical Proposals will include their Introductory Profile; Contact Person(s) particulars; Organizational set-up with Key Personnel; Implementation Methodology to implement Soft-components of PRWHP, Work Plan (Bar Chart); etc. </p><p>6) Each Technical Proposal will be scrutinized as per approved Eligibility Criteria. 7) Financial Bids of only Technically-qualified Bidders will be opened & considered for evaluation.</p><p>Interested Bidders are requested to submit Technical and Financial Proposals, in separate sealed envelopes, Bids must be delivered to office of the Project Coordinator (PRWHP) Room No. 512, ERRA–HQs, Islamabad (Phone# 051-9030926,9030807) before 1100 hours on 27th December 2013. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at 1200 hours on 27th December,2013 at the Conference Hall, ERRA HQs, Main Murree Road (Opposite Margalla town), Islamabad.</p>
