There is no additional annual contribution the first year. </p><p>Thereafter, the suggested annual contribution (honorarium) is (insert$$) per member. The total cost of attending will vary each year, but the registration fee covers everything for the weekend except the room rate. </p><p>*The honorarium is tax deductible.</p><p>Dress Code for Investees (additional to the vestments)</p><p>Knights: White tie tuxedo attire</p><p>Ladies: Black dress with long sleeves and modest neckline Black mantilla and black shoes.</p><p>Clergy: Appropriate clerical attire</p>
