Recommendation to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Department of Family and Support Services to provide supportive services to CHA residents. 2. Recommendation to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Chicago Park District to provide year-round access to recreational programs for CHA youth.</p>
