OF AUGUST 3, 2011 Upon roll call, the vote was: AYES: 5– Trustees Cecott, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik, and Sutton NAYS: 0 ABSTAIN: 1 – Trustee Pticek There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED</p><p>PRESIDENT’S REPORT – PRESIDENT STEVE LANDEK</p><p>PUBLIC Public Hearing for the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year Commencing HEARING 2011 January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011 for the Village of BUDGET Bridgeview, Cook County, Illinois was opened. There being no questions, comments, or objections from the public the public hearing was closed.</p><p>2011- M-104 Motion made by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to APPROVE ORD approve Ordinance No. 11-30, an Ordinance providing for the Annual NO. 11-30 Budget for the Fiscal Year commencing January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011 for the Village of Bridgeview, Cook County, Illinois REGULAR VILLAGE BOARD MEETING OF AUGUST 17, 2011 AGE 2</p><p>Upon roll call, the vote was: AYES: 6 – Trustees Cecott, Pticek, Pinion, Higginson, Struzik, and Sutton NAYS: 0 There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED</p><p>2011-M-105 Motion made by Trustee Pticek and seconded by Trustee Higginson to APPOINTMENT approve the appointment of Steven Landek to the Fire Pension Board.
