To make our skills and expertise easily accessible to our customers, our business is grouped into five core services:</p><p> Municipal services – household waste collection, street cleansing, parks and gardens maintenance.</p><p> Business waste solutions – waste collection and recycling services for small and large companies.</p><p> Recycling – material recycling facilities, household waste recycling centres.</p><p> Green energy – recovery of energy from waste.</p><p> Waste Processing – industrial waste treatment, hazardous wastes and landfill disposal.</p><p>We operate over 200 facilities in England, Scotland and Wales and employ around 2,500 employees.</p><p>Role Purpose</p><p>To manage the interface with National Account customers to ensure that billing is processed on a timely basis and that debt is collected in line with agreed terms. Act as a key liaison point with the customers. </p><p>Page: 1 of 3 Key Responsibilities</p><p>Customer management Fully understand the trading agreements, credit limits and agreed payment terms Ensure that these trading agreements are adhered to by: Regular proactive contact with the customers Liaison with commercial teams including attending meetings if appropriate Escalation to team leader of any non compliance Maintain a suite of reports to ensure that the position on the accounts is understood at the press of a button Undertake monthly reporting to team leader Process improvement Ongoing review and understanding of processes to enable quicker collection Liaison with site and other teams to resolve issues such as credit notes, mispricing, misunderstanding Review whether production of consolidated invoicing for customers would improve collection</p><p>Qualifications and Experience (preferred)</p><p> Previous experience of credit control Excellent excel and systems skills to allow review and manipulation of data to enable quicker collection and clearance of queries Ability to manage own workload to meet demanding timescales.
