<p> Day Air Credit Union 2016-2017 Scholarship Application</p><p>Day Air Credit Union will award two (2) $1,000 scholarships for tuition and fees to full-time undergraduate students enrolled in an accredited college or university for the 2016-2017 academic year. The purpose of the scholarships is to recognize students who demonstrate academic achievement and community service, and who are interested in advancing their under graduate education.</p><p>Scholarship applicants must meet the following qualifications for consideration:</p><p>1. Applicants must be a Day Air Credit Union member in good standing with an active account. 2. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or continuing under graduate college students accepted or enrolled in an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university. 3. All completed applications must be received by February 17, 2016 to be considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 4. Completed applications and essays can be turned in to any Day Air Branch, faxed to (937) 643-3875, emailed to [email protected], or mailed to Day Air Credit Union, Attention: Scholarship Committee, PO Box 292980, Kettering, Ohio 45429.</p><p>All information given on this application is confidential and will only be reviewed by the scholarship committee. Non-winning applications will be destroyed upon announcement of the scholarship recipient. </p><p>The Day Air scholarship committee will judge each application based on content, expression and overall impact. The Scholarship recipients will be notified by mid-April.
