Street, City, State, Zip</p><p>Whereas, Wolves Baseball Boosters has been formed to assist the baseball program at Grandview High School, including fundraising.</p><p>Whereas, Wolves Baseball Boosters has organized a fundraising program to sell advertising signs on the 4 spaces above and the 4 spaces below the scoreboard herein referred to as spaces 1 through 8 starting at the top left side of the scoreboard and continuing left to right on the bottom of the scoreboard. </p><p>Whereas, The Patron desires to purchase such an advertising sign.</p><p>NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration to the compensation to be paid hereunder and the mutual agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:</p><p>1. The Patron has paid to Wolves Baseball Boosters the amount of $2000 for the purchase of an advertising sign. 2. The Patron has indicated his desire to have his sign occupy space number ____. 3. Wolves Baseball Boosters shall be responsible for having the sign made in conjunction with the scoreboard manufacturer and placing the sign in the agreed upon space on the scoreboard of the Grandview High Baseball Field. 4. The term of this agreement shall be 3 (three) years. 5. At the end of the agreement period, the Patron will have the right of first refusal to enter into a new agreement at the rates in effect at that time. 6.
