<p> Pink Ribbon Angels Golf Fore Life 2017</p><p>Dear Business Owner,</p><p>Our organization would like to extend an opportunity for you or your business to help support our annual event. This year’s fund raising outing will be Saturday, June 24th 2017.</p><p>Pine Trail Golf Course LLC, Saddle Ridge, in Portage is once again supporting this event and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Pink Ribbon Angels. This will be our 4th year at this location and the Course has been so good to us.</p><p>Please mail the contribution to either address below or we would be happy to pick up your donation. Call one of the numbers below and we will arrange for someone to come pick it up.</p><p>The purpose of this organization is to form a common desire to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer in Columbia County. Major financial support from businesses, clubs, private individuals and this major fundraising event have helped make their common desire a reality. </p><p>Since 2005 we have helped Breast Cancer Patients with out of the pocket expenses to ensure the best care possible. Some of the products and services we will help cover include:</p><p>Mammograms (both screening and diagnosis)</p><p>Insurance co-Pays</p><p>Prescription co-pays</p><p>Prosthetics and Wigs</p><p>Mileage stipend (to get to and from treatments)</p><p>Cost of Childcare while at treatments</p><p>If you wish to support this year’s event, please choose one or more of the options below.</p><p>We thank you for considering our organization for this event. Cost for golf is $35.00 a person for 9 holes with cart and a lunch. This will be a 4-person Scramble and we plan to have 3 available shot gun starts. 9 am, 12 pm and 3 pm.
