Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitoring daily job performance of clinical staff members Participation in the evaluation process Effectively manages resources using a multidisciplinary approach Planning, directing, implementing, and improving clinical services Assisting PreOp Manager with development of policies and procedures</p><p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Coordinate admission process for surgery 2. Maintain nurse to patient ratio matching patient’s needs with competence of nursing staff 3. Assign breaks and lunches 4. Act as a clinical resource 5. Knowledge of unit equipment 6. Follows hospital policies and protocols 7. Orchestrates new staff orientation 8. Provide direct patient care 9. Relieves staff for lunch and breaks 10. Practices within Joint Commission, Title 22 and ASPAN 11. Competent to administer TB skin test</p><p>Critical Thinking 1. Anticipates patient’s needs and staffing requirements 2.
