<p> LINEA’ FLEX</p><p>LINEA’FLEX Flexible adhesive corner protector with variable angle end cap</p><p>Description: The selected corner protector (LINEA’FLEX manufactured by Gerflor) is a flexible, adhesive corner protector with a variable angle endcap (from 80 to 150°) and 53 mm wide wing. Its smooth and antibacterial PVC profile is 1 to 3 mm thick with solid colour. The central part is reinforced with two impact-absorbing dampers. The wrenching grip is minimal by the progressive thickness and the bevelled shape of the profile. The corner protector’s finish is provided by a flexible and bevelled PVC endcap. It comes with two, factory-fitted, double-sided adhesive foam strips. A protective film is specified to minimise cleaning before acceptance. This corner protector achieves Bs2d0 fire-rating and an impact resistance in excess of 110 Joules, i.e., an impact of more than 320 kg travelling at 3 kmh. washable and 100% decontaminable (to level IV on the Institut Pasteur rating). Its VOC emissions are very low (level A+), 700 times lower than the European regulatory requirement (VOC over 3 days). No heavy metals are used in its formulation, including lead or tin (insignificant levels, less than 50 ppm) or any CMR Cat 1 or 2 substances. The calcium-zinc thermal stabilisation process is used and the REACH compliance certificate is required. 100% of the product are recyclable. The endcap colours are the same as the profile of the corner protector. The LINEA’FLEX PVC is 100% antibacterial, 100% No heavy metals and no substance potentially subjected to any REACH restriction are used in its manufacture. The calcium-zinc thermal stabilisation process is used. The emission level of volatile substance in inside air has been tested according to ISO 16000 and is very low (A+) according to the french regulation (23 march 2011 nr 2011-321 Decree and 19 April 2011 Order). 100% of the product are recyclable.</p><p>Colour: selected by architects from 31 standard manufacturer’s colours.</p><p>Installation sequence: Installation is easy and quick using the double-sided adhesive foam strips.
