In my current position I have to show good organizational skills through being in charge of the feeding and medical needs of the horses and also my leadership skills in my role as deputy stable staff manager. This responsibility has been a great opportunity for me to use my own experiences as a Stable hand/ Groom to help my fellow staff with any work or personal problems they may be having as well as creating and developing a team spirit which is important to ensure a successful yard.
