<p>BIO-RAD POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS: (as of 3-9-11)</p><p>Teachers, you may wish to use the BIO-RAD power point presentations as teaching resources to help students prepare for the lab. </p><p>Go to the BIO-RAD website, bio-rad.com When you reach the website destination, find the “Life Science Education” drop down menu and click on “About the Programs.” Then click on “teaching resources.” Scroll down to the “Power Point Presentations for Workshops and for Teaching.” Select the power point presentation appropriate for this lab. </p><p>For Proteomics, choose “Comparative Proteomics Kit I: Protein Profiler Module”</p><p>For Chromatography, choose “Size Exclusion Chromatography Kit”</p><p>For PV92, choose “PV92 PCR Informatics Kit”</p><p>There is no choice for Precut Lambda. However you may find some of the slides from “Forensic DNA Fingerprinting” useful for teaching concepts about electrophoresis, restriction digest, restriction enzymes, digest profiles, DNA structure etc. </p><p>There are two ELISA power points but neither is specifically for Protocol #2. Many of the slides are excellent for use in your classroom.</p>
