She has assisted with jury and non-jury trials in both state and federal court. She also helps clients with government investigations, civil investigative demands, and internal investigations relating to a variety of alleged misconduct. Her recent work includes:Represented a client in a three-day federal bench trial prosecuting replevin and conversion claims, which resulted in a favorable settlement for the client prior to the conclusion of trial;Assisted in the preparation and representation at trial of an individual trustee in a premature termination and removal of trustee action brought by the trust beneficiaries.
