Decibus.</p><p>NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bernards Township Committee does hereby declare that the vehicles and equipment listed above are surplus and no longer needed for township use; and</p><p>BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Township Committee does hereby authorize a sealed bid auction of these surplus vehicles and equipment to be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 9:00 A.M. at the Somerset County Freeholders Chamber.</p><p>Agenda and Date Voted: March 28, 2006</p><p>Explanatory Statement: The Township is a member of the Somerset County Cooperative Program and in the past has participated in successful auctions for surplus vehicles and equipment with Somerset County. A list of surplus vehicles and obsolete equipment has been developed with the help and assistance of Department Heads. This auction will afford us a broader audience and opportunity to realize revenue and remove these vehicles and equipment from our inventory.
