<p> LOGAN COUNTY 4-H COMMITTEE Scholarship Application</p><p>The Logan County 4-H Committee is pleased to announce their Scholarship Program for the current school year. High school seniors are eligible to apply. A minimum of two scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each will be awarded. The following guidelines must be met to be eligible for the scholarship.</p><p> Applicant must be enrolled as a Logan County 4-H member and complete project(s) the current year.</p><p> Applicant must be a resident of Logan County or attend a Logan County school.</p><p> A grade point average of 2.5 or higher on the scale of 4.0 must be maintained through the applicant’s seventh semester of high school.</p><p> Applicant must be enrolled in a two or four year undergraduate college program or Technical College Program (Certificate Degree) following High School completion.</p><p> Recipients must use the scholarship for tuition, text books, or room and board.</p><p> NEW THIS YEAR… Applicants will be interviewed by members of the Scholarship Committee/4-H Committee. You will be contacted by the committee with an interview date and time.</p><p> Two letters of recommendation (must be someone other than a family member) are required when turned in for your application to be considered complete. </p><p> Application form, official transcript of grades and your letters of recommendation are due no later than February 1.</p><p> Applications are to be turned in to the Ohio State University Extension Office, 1100 S. Detroit St., Bellefontaine, OH 43311  Scholarship winners will be notified by mail.
