<p> Service of Excellence Nomination Form March 4, 2016</p><p>Interfaith of The Woodlands announces the Service of Excellence Award, which is presented annually to five outstanding individuals in our community. The Service of Excellence Award honors individuals who have selflessly invested in our community and have greatly inspired others through their tireless work. </p><p>Each area listed below will have an honoree awarded the Service of Excellence Award.
