<p> March 03, 2016</p><p>On Tuesday March 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. the Mabank City Council will meet in Regular Session at Mabank City Hall, 129 E. Market Street, Mabank, Texas with the agenda outlined below.</p><p>If the City Council, during the course of the meeting covered by this notice, should determine that an Executive Session is required then such Executive Session, as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, may be held by the Council at the date, hour and place given in this notice, concerning but not limited to the following sections and purposes of the Act: Private consultations with the City Attorney – Article 551.071; Deliberations about Real Property - 551.072. Personnel Matters – 551.074; Conference with Employee – 551.075; Deliberation Regarding Security Devices – 551.076. Any final action; final decision or final vote shall be in the open meeting covered by the Notice upon the reconvening of the public meeting. A meeting that is “open to the public” pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, is one that the public is permitted to attend. Discuss/Action: Review and approve the minutes of the February 2, 2016 regular session council meeting and the February 22, 2016 Special Session Meeting.</p><p>2. Discuss/Action: Consider Ordinance 2016-04 pertaining to the number of garage sales allowed per year, per residence within the city limits of Mabank. Adopt Ordinance 2016-04 if approved.</p><p>3. Discuss/Action: Public Hearing to determine if the structure located at 115 Mt. Vernon Street Mabank, Texas owned by David Marler Jr. is a dangerous building pursuant to Article 214.00 1b, Mabank City Code and issue order.</p><p>4. Discuss/Action: Appoint Laurie Neustupa as the City Secretary for the City of Mabank.</p><p>5. Staff Reports</p><p>6. Executive Session: Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, the City will convene in Executive Session for deliberations concerning Real Property.</p><p>7. Action on real property matters discussed in Executive Session.</p><p>8. Executive Session: Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, the City Council will convene in Executive Session to discuss Personnel Matters.</p><p>9. Action on personnel matters in Executive Session.</p><p>10. Discuss/Action: Pay monthly obligations.</p><p>11.
