How will we know that we’ve achieved the goal? What change(s) can we measure? </p><p> Is it Attainable? Lofty goals are often abandoned. </p><p>Start with something we can see happening within a reasonable amount of time. </p><p> Is it Relevant? Identify goals that are most important to us and ones that will make a difference. </p><p> Is it Timely? Ground goals within a time frame and review progress at reasonable intervals.
