APOLOGIES: Nil</p><p>3. MOTION: “Pursuant to section 194 of the Local Government Act (QLD) 2009 Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council (KASC) appoints Fabian Williams to be its Chief Executive Officer, subject to satisfactory Police checks and a contract of employment being agreed between Fabian Williams and KASC.”</p><p>Moved: Cr Wust Seconded: Cr Fry</p><p>CARRIED IN FULL</p><p>Page 1 of 2 KOWANYAMA ABORIGINAL SHIRE COUNCIL</p><p>4. MOTION: “Council authorises the Mayor to enter into an employment contract with Fabian Williams as KASC CEO and finalise the terms of engagement and remuneration.”</p><p>Moved: Deputy Mayor Dick Seconded: Cr Fry</p><p>CARRIED IN FULL</p><p>5. MOTION: “Council resolves to delegate all powers under the Local Government Act (QLD) 2009 and any another Act to Fabian Williams in accordance with Section 257 (1) (b) of the Local Government Act (QLD) 2009, subject to satisfactory Police checks and a contract of employment being agreed between Fabian Williams and KASC.</p><p>”This delegation will commence on the first day of employment of Fabian Williams as CEO of Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council.”</p><p>Moved: Cr Wust Seconded: Cr Lawrence</p><p>CARRIED IN FULL</p><p>6.
