<p> Meeting Minutes</p><p>Susick Elementary PTO</p><p>Date: 9/19/2017 Location: Susick Media Center</p><p>Meeting Called To Order By: Courtney Elwart Time: 6:31 SUSICK pm DRAGO Attendance: 28 Courtney Elwart – President, Lisa Farrell – Vice President, Debbie McGee – Treasurer, NS Jill Burch – Secreatary, Stephen Lapham – Historian, Christina Coppala-Hanna – Public Relations Coordinator, Michele Babbish – Principal, Mrs. Dell - Teacher</p><p>Minutes: No minutes available from previous PTO board</p><p>Officers’ Reports</p><p>President: Courtney Elwart  Goal: Increased membership and participation of volunteers.  Meet with teachers during their lunch for communication of goals</p><p>Vice President: Lisa Farrell  Updated on fact finding about Susick Spirit Wear – looking into vendors for online store.</p><p>Treasurer: Debbie McGee.  Budget report for 2018/2018 made available by former president Stephen Lapham. Not voted on due to lack of communication.  Last year ended with $2409.45  Selling of old stock of Susick spirit wear at Ice Cream Social netted $190.</p><p>Principal: Michelle Babbish  Impressed with number in attendance.  NWEA testing District –wide is being conducted. Reading/Math Grades 1-2; Reading, Math and Language Arts Component 3-5  Background checks must be completed and in office  Lunch Help is needed 11:45 am – 1pm</p><p>Meeting Minutes page 1 of 3  ½ Day PLC – 9/22 focus Improving Instruction  Asked if PTO would be interested in taking over Susick Spotlight (Talent Show) – it was tabled February /March, 1.5 minute acts, Practices after school</p><p>Public Relations: Christina Coppala-Hanna  Upcoming Fundraiser: Little Caesars Pizza Kits starts 9/15  Box Tops Incentives – Coordinator A.
