Why or why not? ○ What, if anything, concerns you about this data? ○ What are the key ways you have acted on the year-end achievement data this year? ● If your school uses MAP, please submit the standardized MAP report for all grades tested from your most recent assessment. ● Please submit a current resume for your principal and math leader. ● Please have a conversation with the principal's supervisor and have that person signed the attached agreement to confirm their support for your participation in the program.</p>
