Entries are submitted weeks in advance, and everyone is entered. We understand, however, that sometimes conflicts do occur. Parents must notify FCA in writing as far in advance as possible if a swimmer is unable to attend a meet. Because of stringent meet entry deadline requirements FCA will not be able to refund any of the money paid for the swimmer's entry after the swimmer has registered for the swim season. Please send all communications regarding meets to [email protected]. </p><p>Mini-Meets are for 8 & Under Age Groups only. All other meets (A/BB/C) are for 9-10's, 11-12's, 13-14's, and Senior’s. Eligibility to compete in a particular age group is determined by the swimmer's age on the first day of the meet.</p>
