Evaluate Your SOI: Are they HOT, Medium or Cold? 4. 15 Second Pitches: Buyers, Sellers and YOU. 5. Read 4 – 6 Books to help you in business: add to your Schedule. See list below. 6. Become the Mayor of your Selling Area. Be Seen. Be Involved. 7. Groups: what social groups could you join to increase your SOI? 8. Give Back to your Office. Teach, Support, Motivate, Encourage 9. Call 3 former customers and 3 friends today. 10. Text or email to people you have not been in touch for a while. 11. Send handwritten thank you notes to 3 persons today. 12.
