<p> DRAFT PROGRAMME Coalition Clean Baltic Conference and General Meeting - 2006</p><p>" Transboundary river cooperation in the Baltic Sea basin" Two sub topics : 1) transboundary river cooperation and 2) sustainble agriculture</p><p>Time: May 19-21 Venue : Hotel "Uzlissiz" , located outside Lviv, Ukraine</p><p>Friday, 19 May 2006 Time Event / topic To be decided Transfer from Lviv to Hotel "Uzlissiz" where the Conference will take place upon - Information on the coming activities during Saturday and Sunday. - Dinner - Sauna after dinner</p><p>Saturday, 20 May 2006– sessions are open for the public Time Event / topic 8.00 – 9.00 Registration 9.00 – 9.20 OPENING OF THE MEETING Welcome by CCB Chairman, Valdur Lahtvee and host organisation World Lab!</p><p>9.20 – 12.20 1) TRANSBOUNDARY RIVER COOPERATION</p><p>9.20 – 9.40 - Presentation of the Convention on Transboundary rivers – Projects going on in the Baltic Sea region. </p><p>- Presentation on the HELCOM report “ Evaluation of Transboundary pollution loads”, 9.40 – 10.00 by Kaj Forsius from Secretariat of Helcom .</p><p>- Presentation on World Bank project on the Bug river – “lessons to learn from Bug river - 10.00 – 10.20 problems, constraints, and how to succesfully cooperate with transboundary rivers”, –</p><p>- Speaker from Lviv region to talk about the Regional Water Management plan 10.20 – 10.35 - Presentation on Bug river management by an offical, expert on the Bug river in Ukraine 10.35 – 10.50</p><p>1 - Presentation of the project of Lviv oblast on Transboundary cooperation for Bug river, by Petro Hrytshyshyn, World Lab 10.50 – 11.05</p><p>11.10 – 11.40 Coffee break 11.40-12.20 - Presentation of Env NGO project activities in the Bug river basin, Ukraine (4 different org in Ukraine – tot 40 minutes) (World Lab, INECO , Lviv Municipal Public organisation Ecoterra, ECO-VIT)</p><p>12.20-15.15 2) SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE SESSION</p><p>12.20 –12.40 - Introduction and Information on work performed within HELCOM and BA21 connected to Agriculture – achievements and constraints, by Maria Staniszewska, CCB Board Member and member of Polish Ecological Club </p><p>12.40-13.00 - “Eutrophication and the new Baltic Sea Action Plan”, by Kaj Forsius, from the Secretariat of Helcom.</p><p>13.00-13.20 - “Baltic eutrhopication and agriculture – how to solve the problem”. by Gunnar Norén, CCB Executive Secretary </p><p>- Presentation of a study on bufferzones in agriculture and reduction of phosphorus 13.20 – 13.40 leakage, by Jaana Uusi-Kamppa, Finnish scientist at MTT Agrifood Research Finland. 13.40 – 14.40 Lunch 14.40 – 15.00 - Presentation CCB supported work by PKE-Gliwice on organic farming in Poland by Maria Staniszewska, CCB Board Member and member of Polish Ecological Club</p><p>- Speaker from Lviv Oblast to talk about the Regional Agriculture Plan – agriculture of 15.00-15.20 today and plans for the future </p><p>15.20- 15.30 Introduction to the Working Group Session</p><p>15.30 - 18.00 Splitting into Working Groups.
