Athletes will need to cover their own Entry & Accommodation, Flights and a share of the coaches expenses. No provision will be made by the Pentathlon Ireland and/or the HPP to subsides the cost of this competition. Once the ACCEPTANCE FORM is received you are liable to a share of the coaching costs.</p><p>INSURANCE: Please make sure you have all necessary travel and personal insurance. Also please bring a current up to date E111 card – this covers you for any GP/Hosptial visits you might need. If you do not have an E111 card you can get one you can get one by applying online at www.eihc.ie. This card works throughout the EU.</p><p>ACCEPTANCE FORM:</p><p>You need to complete the 2013 Swiss Women International Acceptance Form and return it to [email protected] by THURSDAY 31 ST JANUARY at the very latest. The earlier the better, as flight costs will incresae with time!</p>
