<p> Modified Duty Task List: HVAC</p><p>____ Site clean-up — Pick up scrap wood, debris (including weeds) and other litter. Lifting up to 5 pounds. Alternating between walking, standing and bending.</p><p>____ Safety monitor — Drive to various job sites, using a standard transmission vehicle, to ensure that proper safety procedures are being used. Involves sitting, bending to enter/exit vehicle, walking on uneven surfaces, and minimal climbing.</p><p>____ Maintain files — Assist in maintaining equipment and vehicle files and records. Lifting up to 5 pounds. May alternate sitting and standing. Reaching, fingering and grasping.</p><p>____ General office work — Includes photocopying, filing, data entry and mail sorting. Lifting up to 5 pounds. May alternate sitting and standing. Reaching, fingering and grasping.</p><p>____ Parts delivery — Drive truck or car to pick up parts from warehouse, part store or job site, and deliver to another job site. Parts can be loaded/unloaded by other person if necessary. Involves sitting, bending to enter/exit vehicle and walking. </p><p>____ Answer phones — Take incoming calls and messages and transfer to appropriate extensions. Involves sitting, standing, reaching, handling, gripping and fingering. </p><p>____ File — Sort invoices, mail and reports, and place them in alphabetical or numerical order in appropriate file area. Involves sitting, standing, reaching, fingering, grasping and handling. </p><p>____ Purge or shred files — Clean out old files and dispose of unneeded invoices and correspondence. Lifting up to 10 pounds. Involves sitting, standing, handling and fingering. </p><p>____ Sort invoices/bills — Separate bills or invoices according to office procedures. Involves sitting, standing, grasping, handling and fingering. </p><p>____ Paint — Interior painting, touch-up and prep of walls and hallways. Includes spackling, caulking and taping. Re-strip parking lots and paint curb barriers. Lifting up to 10 pounds. Involves standing, walking, stooping, bending, climbing ladders, handling, fingering and reaching. </p><p>____ Sweep — Use a push broom to sweep parking lot, common areas, entrances, exits and stairwells. Use a dustpan with a long handle to remove the trash.
