<p> Reading</p><p>Clear Creek is once again sponsoring a summer reading incentive program for all students. The reading program extends from June 10th – August 25th. The children who follow the 3 steps listed below will receive a certificate and a treat. </p><p>We want them to maintain the skills they have while out for vacation. Have a great summer, and read together everyday!</p><p>1. Read a minimum of: Grades K-2 - 50 books Grades 3-5 -20 books </p><p>2. Turn in a book list, signed by an adult or submit the Public Library Summer Reading Program form. Submit the list of books to your child’s teacher by August 31st. You can register for the Public Library Program at www. cmlibrary.org/summerread</p><p>Thank you from the Clear Creek Staff. </p><p>Fifth Grade Supply List</p><p>. #2 pencils (no mechanical pencils) . 1-2 black Sharpies . 1 Package of write-on tab dividers (package of 8) . A 2” 3 ring binder . 2 packs of notebook paper</p><p>. 1 ream of copy paper</p><p>. 5 Mead/Composition Notebooks (not spiral)</p><p>. 3-(2) pocket folders</p><p>. 1 pack colored pencils (12 count)(classic colors)</p><p>. 1 package of blue or red pens</p><p>. Pencil pouch to keep in 3-ring binder. (No pencil boxes please)</p><p>. 6 boxes of tissues</p><p>.
