METHODOLOGY: Students will watch Las Posadas video and take a video quiz during the viewing. DIFFERENTIATION: Explicit connections to cognates; use of notes/visual aides; use of reference pages; task completion with partners; use of word banks. ASSESSMENT: Check quizzes. TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION: Video clips on DVD.</p><p>Grade 8 ISLS: 29.D.1 CCSS: K.RI.7, K.RF.3.a, K.RF.3.c, K.RF.3.d OBJECTIVE: Students will identify characteristics of Latino historical and cultural celebrations. METHODOLOGY: Students will watch Hispanic Cultures. Students will take a video quiz.
