A favorite sprouting and cutting broccoli. Once the main head is removed, this variety will continuously produce many offshoots all season long.</p><p>De Cicco - 48 days. An Italian broccoli that is compact with blue green color. Good in both spring and fall gardens. Side shoots provide for an extended harvest.</p><p>Romanesco – 75 days. Grows exceptionally well in cool areas. Produces a stunning apple-green whorled head with excellent taste and texture. Prized in Italy.</p><p>Sorrento - 40 days. It grows 30 inches upright, quickly maturing uniform dark green florets averaging 3-4 inches across. Harvest the leaves, stems and buds.</p><p>Zamboni - 45 days. A connoisseur heirloom, 2 feet tall resembling asparagus with small turnip-like leaves and long stems with inch across flower bud clusters.</p><p>Cucumbers</p><p>Boothby's Blonde - 60 days. This attractive, small cucumber is an old heirloom variety from Maine. Expect large yields of 3-5 inch, creamy yellow cucumbers.</p><p>Homemade Pickles - 55 days. Medium green fruits with small white spines specially bred for pickling. Harvest from 1.5” to 6”. Solid and crisp with superb flavor.</p><p>Lemon - 60 days. This ivory-white skinned eggplant is a very early producer of 5-6 inch long fruit. Even in northern gardens, the medium size plants bear very well.</p><p>Diamond – 70 days. Plants only reach 28” or smaller in containers with 2”-6”elongated fruits in clusters. Highly productive, tender and mild Asian type.</p><p>Turkish Orange – 65 days. A compact, insect resistant strain which produces an abundance of 3 inch fruit delicious when green and a great stuffer once orange.</p><p>Herbs</p><p>Cilantro/Coriander - This is the slow bolting version which produces flavorful leaves over a longer period before going to seed which is ground and used for spice.</p><p>Greek Basil - Forms a perfect 12-18 inch globe bush with intense scent and spicy flavor, slow to go to seed. Ideal for containers, very uniform annual strain.</p><p>Greek Oregano - Light green, oval, pointed leaves are slightly wavy at the edges with a delicious, pungent flavor better than true oregano. Perennial in Zones 4-9.</p><p>Italian Giant Parsley - Bushy plants produce a continuous supply of large flat leaves with strong flavor which is prized by chefs. Biennial in Zone 6-9 or an annual. </p><p>French Thyme – A very flavorful strain and one of the most versatile in cooking, growing 6-12 inches tall with a sprawling habit. Perennial in Zones 5-8 or an annual.</p><p>Lettuce</p><p>Amish Deer Tongue - 45 days. Thick compact plant valued for its ruggedness and heavy cut again production. Thin mid-rib, good texture and pleasant sharp flavor.</p><p>Baby Oak Leaf - 45 days. Produces very flavorful medium dark lettuce shaped like oak leaves. Fast growing and never bitter. Re-grows well after cutting, non bolting.</p><p>Little Gem - 33 days. Miniature green romaine with blanched thick heart. Heads are about 4 inches across and prime eating 4-6 inches tall. Three foot vines produce good yields of 4 to 6 inch cantaloupes with golden yellow flesh with high sugar content. Ideal for small spaces.</p><p>Petite Gris – 80 days. French cantaloupe grown for over 400 years. Fruits weigh 2-3 pounds and have mustard and olive speckled rinds with flavorful orange flesh.</p><p>Rocky Ford - 65 days. Vigorous vines set loads of fruit with great flavor and aroma with hints of nutmeg. Melons weigh 2 pounds with sweet and juicy green flesh. </p><p>Sakata Sweet – 80 days. This type of Asian melon has been grown for thousands of years. Golden yellow softball size fruit is very sweet and crisp with edible skin.</p><p>Sweet Siberian - 80 days. Hundred year heirloom produces good yields of ten pound light green watermelons with apricot colored flesh that is very sweet and juicy.</p><p>Tigger - 80 days. Produces heavy yields of pound size yellow melons with red stripes. The flesh is white and very sweet tasting. Produces well in dry conditions.</p><p>Peas</p><p>Oregon Sugar Pod II - 68 days. Bush type that produces an abundance of high quality string-less pods with excellent disease resistance that allows for fall planting.</p><p>Sugar Sprint Snap - 55 days. One of the earliest maturing varieties which heavily produces over an extended period. Heat tolerant and very disease resistant.</p><p>Peppers</p><p>Anaheim Chili - 74 days. Productive plants yield 6-8 inch long, thick walled conical peppers that ripen from green to red with medium heat range for your palate.</p><p>Bulgarian Carrot – 70 days. Eighteen inch plants produce abundant crops of 3 inch long peepers that ripen to yellow-orange. Crunchy flesh is quite hot, yet fruity.</p><p>California Wonder - 65 days. This leafy plant provides excellent sun scald protection for the large bell peppers and is a great choice for cool growing conditions.</p><p>Cubanelle - 65 days.
