<p> Minnesota Zoo Field Trip Form</p><p>Dear Parent or Guardian,</p><p>The Skyview 7th Graders will be visiting the Minnesota Zoo as part of our life science curriculum!</p><p>What: 7th Grade Field Trip Where: Minnesota Zoo, Apple Valley, MN When: Friday, June 3rd 8:30-2:00 </p><p>Skyview Middle School tries to cover the cost of enrichment activities for students through finances earned through school fundraisers. However, our budget cannot fully finance all activities without additional fundraising. To help offset transportation costs, we request your assistance through a suggested voluntary donation of $15.</p><p>We appreciate any financial donations to help provide meaningful enrichment opportunities for our students. These donations are truly voluntary. If you choose not to make a donation, that decision will not impact the ability of your child to participate in the activity. If you choose to make a voluntary donation, checks can be made out to Skyview Middle School. If you are a member of the Minnesota Zoo, please contact your child’s teacher about how we can use the membership for admission.</p><p>Students will need to bring a disposable bag lunch, make arrangements for a bag lunch from the cafeteria, or eat at the café in the zoo. If students choose to eat at the zoo cafeteria, additional money will need to be sent along with the student. Please mark your lunch choice below.</p><p>Please encourage your child to dress in comfortable clothes and shoes that are appropriate not only for school, but also for the weather on that day.
