<p> Picture date:Saturday April 16th </p><p>America’s Best Sports Photography will be taking BAYFA photos. Please have your team at photo area 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. All children will purchase at the time of photography. Please have payment the day of photography. </p><p>HEAD COACHES The head coach of each team will receive $30 worth of FREE photos (head coach and child must be in photo and child must take a individual) Please fill out blue form on picture day for Head coach as well as a white form for the child individual . Please fill out blue form. </p><p>ASSISTANT COACHES The assistant coaches will receive a package at a discount. Please fill out yellow form on picture day for Head coach as well as a white form for the child individual. Please fill out yellow form.</p><p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Attached is an order form for head coach, assistant coach, and players.
