<p> WOODLAND TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE SPECIAL MEETING November 22, 2016</p><p>Mayor Henrich called the regular meeting of the Woodland Township Committee to order then led the flag salute. After observing a moment of silence, Clerk Brown read the Open Public Meetings Act Statement.</p><p>RECORD OF ATTENDANCE: Matthew Henrich, Mayor – present Mark Herndon, Deputy Mayor – absent William DeGroff, Committeeman – present</p><p>PROFESSIONALS: Maryalice Brown, Township Administrator/Clerk - present William Burns, Solicitor – absent Thomas Leisse, Engineer - present Nancy Seeland, Tax Collector – absent Kathleen Rosmando, CFO - absent Shawn Viscardi, Chief/OEM – absent</p><p>APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None</p><p>CORRESPONDENCE: None</p><p>BILLS AND CLAIMS: None</p><p>ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS: None</p><p>OLD BUSINESS:  Discussion on the recreation grant – ideas for next phase, possibility of doing something in Lebanon Lakes but no vacant, Township owned land. Next phase due 12/1/16 possibly do shade canopies or fill inside of track with rubber mulch. Pennoni to file application.  Discussion on Cell Tower – nothing currently happening. Talk with Sylvia or Dave from Verizon – see if we can get a name of who makes tower decisions at Verizon.  Sooy Place Road – Municipal Aid grant application due 2/3. County has recommened that we could just mill road. Pennoni to file application  Garden State Land Preservation Monies – spoke with Adam Tait from Pine Barrens Tribune to do story on our loss. Twp. looking to send letter to Governor and having top 10 municipalities that lost funds send a letter as well to see if we can convince Governor to reinstate full funding.</p><p>NEW BUSINESS: None</p><p>REPORTS: None</p><p>COMMITTEE COMMENT: None Special Meeting November 22, 2016</p><p>PUBLIC COMMENT: None</p><p>ADJOURNMENT: As no further business was brought before the Committee, Mayor Henrich asked for a motion to adjourn the special meeting at 1:50.
