The procurement of Washrack Operation Services for the XXth BDE Military Installation from a sole source supplier, Bob’s General Trading & Contracting Co., for a total price of approximately $XXX,000.00, will not utilized sealed bidding procedures.</p><p>2. The subject procurement has been reviewed pursuant to the criteria set forth in FAR 6.401, and for the reason(s) cited below, cannot be procured by sealed bid procedures:</p><p>[ x] Time does not permit solicitation, submission, and evaluation of sealed bids.</p><p>[ x ] The award may not be made solely on the basis of price and other price related factors.</p><p>[ x] It may or may not be necessary to conduct discussions with offerors dependent on the content of their offer.</p><p>[ x] It is not reasonable to expect more than one bid.</p><p>[ ] Only one acceptable Technical Proposal was submitted in response to Step One of a Two Step Procurement.</p><p>3.
