<p> Wilson Wyatt Debate League</p><p>January Tournament Invitation</p><p>Tournament Date: January 21, 2012</p><p>Registration Deadline: January 19, 2012</p><p>The Wilson Wyatt Debate League cordially invites you to participate in its January, February and March tournaments. In the past, the tournaments have been open only to Jefferson County Schools and Wyatt League members, but as a way of expanding competition in debate in Jefferson County and in Kentucky, we would like to include all interested high schools in the state. We hope you will join us for as many of our monthly tournaments as possible. We look forward to having you.</p><p>Location: Fern Creek High School in Louisville has generously offered its facilities for all the Wyatt League tournaments except the March Grand Championship Tournament. The high school is located at 9115 Fern Creek Road, Louisville, KY.</p><p>Registration: Registration for all tournaments is through tabroom.com. Deadlines are posted.</p><p>Events: The January tournament will offer Public Forum, Lincoln Douglas, and Policy Debate (as participation merits). (The February and March tournaments will also offer Congress and Extemp.)</p><p>Times: Registration is from 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. and the first round begins at 9:00 a.m. There will be 4 prelims and at least one out-round.</p><p>Lunch: Pizza will be provided at each tournament for $2.00 per slice.</p><p>Fees: Policy Debate $20 per team Public Forum Debate $20 per team Lincoln Douglas Debate $10 per team</p><p>Note: Wilson Wyatt Debate League members participate in the monthly tournaments at no cost and are eligible to attend the monthly instructional sessions and receive materials distribution from the League. Schools outside of Jefferson County are invited to participate in the League for $150 per year. Judges: One judge is required for every two policy and public forum teams and for every two Lincoln Douglas debaters. For the January tournament, there are a minimal number of hired judges available at $100/ judge.</p><p>Drop Fees: After the final drop dates, teams will be charged the registration fee plus $10.
