
<p> EMERALD FOUNDATION 3. ______</p><p>Training for Therapeutic Painting in Light, Colour and Darkness based on spiritual science developed by Rudolf Steiner and the work of Liane Collot d’Herbois</p><p>Fifth Year Module IX Ninth and Tenth Therapeutic Picture Yellow-green – Violet Course 24.04 – 02.06.2017</p><p>Week 1: 24.04 – 28.04 24.04 - 28.04 We will find out different possibilities in using yellow-green in veil painting. - Veil painting Teacher: Myra van der Linden (Rotterdam, The Netherlands)</p><p>Week 2: 01.05 – 05.05 01.05 – 03.05 We will trace mankind’s development as a light colour and darkness experience in a journey through the cultural epochs. We will take the steps from green to turquoise to cobalt blue (Greece, Byzantium and the Middle Ages). - Painting on moist paper and veil painting. Teacher: Anita Lennaerts (Nieuwegein, Holland). 04.05 – 05.05 We will try to discover the process of reversal in nature. We will practice this by drawing with led-pencil and colouring pencils Teacher: Anita Lennaerts </p><p>Week 3 and 4 and week 5 and 6: 08.05 – 02.06 We shall practise building up a picture of a patient out of light colour and darkness. From this picture we will learn to develop a therapeutic path. We will explore the colours yellow-green from 08.05 – 19.05 and violet from 22.05 – 02.06 (in combination with other colours) in relation to the healthy human being and in relation to illness and the processes of healing in the human being. - Practising the yellow-green exercise for the therapist in veil painting. Teacher: Janny Mager (Breda, Holland) (week 3) - Introductions and practical exercises therapeutic pictures in light colour and darkness. - Basic light and darkness excercises with charcoal for the therapist. - Practising observation and analysis of patients’ work and other therapeutic skills. Teachers: Josine Hutchison (week 4) Karin Lamers (Eindhoven, Holland) (week 4) - Introductions and practical exercises therapeutic pictures in light colour and Darkness. - Basic light and darkness excercises with charcoal for the therapist. - Practising observation and analysis of patients’ work and other therapeutic skills. Teachers: Josine Hutchison (week 5) Karin Lamers (week 5) - Practising the violet exercise for the therapist in veil painting. Teacher: Myra van der Linden (week 6) 02.06 We shall practice building up a picture of a schoolchild and we will practice how to paint the yellow-green with a schoolchild. - Painting on moist paper. - Practising observation and analysing of patients’ work.
