<p>Rules of the Albert and Benzina promotional event The organiser of the marketing event is BENZINA, s.r.o. with registered office at Prague 4, Na Pankráci 127, postcode 140 00, company ID number: 60193328 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Organiser”). The partner of the marketing event is AHOLD Czech Republic a. s., with registered office at Radlická 117, 158 00 Prague 5 – Nové Butovice, company ID number: 44012373 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Partner”).</p><p>The content of these Rules is available on the Organiser’s website, which can be found at the address www.benzina.cz or on the Partner’s website, which is can be found at the address www.albert.cz. </p><p>BENZINA discount voucher for fuel (CZK 1 per 1 l of fuel) 1. When spending more than CZK 700 in Albert shops, the customer will receive a voucher from the staff together with the receipt entitling them to a CZK 1 discount per litre of fuel purchased (does not apply to LPG and CNG).</p><p>2. Only one discount voucher will be provided for one purchase in Albert shops. </p><p>3. This voucher can be used at Benzina plus and Benzina filling stations. </p><p>4. The special offer does not apply at the following BENZINA filling stations: Černožice nad Labem, Přerov, Hovorany, Liptál, Březnice, Světice, Uherské Hradiště and at Expres 24 filling stations.</p><p>5. The maximum amount of fuel when using the discount is 100 litres for one case of refuelling and per vehicle.</p><p>6. The discount can only be used when paying in cash or by bank card. It cannot be combined with other discounts. </p><p>7. Only one voucher can be used for one purchase of fuel.</p><p>8. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.</p><p>9. Damaged, torn or incomplete vouchers and copies of vouchers will not be accepted. </p><p>10. Vouchers will be handed out from 28 March 2014 until 25 May 2014. </p><p>11. Vouchers can be used until 31 August 2014 inclusive. </p><p>Discount voucher for shopping in Albert 1. If the customer fills up at least 25 l of fuel (does not apply to LPG and CNG) at a Benzina plus or Benzina filling station from 28 March until 25 May 2014, they will receive a voucher from the staff together with the receipt entitling them to a discount of CZK 70, which can be used when paying for shopping worth more than CKZ 700 at any Albert shop. </p><p>Coupons are issued in two waves:</p><p> from 28 March to 25 April 2014, customers will receive coupons valid from 28 March to 9 May 2014</p><p> from 26 April to 25 May 2014, customers will receive coupons valid from 26 April to 8 June 2014</p><p>2. The special offer does not apply at the following BENZINA filling stations: Černožice nad Labem, Přerov, Hovorany, Liptál, Březnice, Světice, Uherské Hradiště and at Expres 24 filling stations.</p><p>3. Only one Albert discount voucher will be provided for one purchase of fuel.</p><p>4. Only one voucher can be used for one purchase at Albert shops. Hand over the voucher at the checkout. The discount cannot be used for cigarettes, fuel, gift vouchers and motorway stickers. The discount is calculated from the total value of the purchase after deduction of returnable packaging. The discount cannot be added to or combined with other discounts. </p><p>5. The voucher cannot be used at self-service checkouts.</p><p>6. Damaged, torn or incomplete vouchers and copies of vouchers will not be accepted. </p><p>7. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.</p><p>The Organiser reserves the right to change the provisions of these Rules over the duration of the promotional event, although such change must not deprive the Participant of their rights acquired on the basis of these Rules. The amended form of the Rules shall apply from the date stipulated therein.</p>
