<p>http:anymathcanbedone.wikispaces.com Ms. A woodhouse INTERNAL MATH COMPETITION</p><p>OVERVIEW </p><p>The Math Competition is a contest for students from grades 7 - 11. This has been a key event in my teaching of mathematics over the past years. The central principle of this championship is for students to develop basic competence in mathematics from the beginning of their high schooling through constructive play, interesting and involving them in it via a fun way of learning as illustrated during club sessions. This aims at combining mental challenge and play, which is an instrument in overcoming traditional obstacles many students have in mathematics. The competition will be oral as well as written.
